A detailed description of the assembly process is included with the chair. The description was written with few language errors but was easy to understand, easy to understand and comprehensive. No tools were required for assembly, a necessary tool was included in the kit. The assembly took about 30-35 minutes without haste. The armrests are adjustable and can be raised and lowered depending on the desired level of relaxation. The chair itself is adjustable up or down. The chair moves very smoothly over the carpet compared to what I already have. The orange color (which I was worried about) looks prettier in reality compared to the pictures. I use it for both work and leisure. The neck pillow is great for gaming and provides great neck rest, especially during Zoom meetings. Overall, this is a good buy and worth trying.
