Review on SameTech by Chuck Derrick

As a customer from outside the United States, I was pleased to see SameTech's web site and its promise of reasonably priced, high-quality goods. My interactions with them, however, have been nothing but unsatisfactory. First of all, I had to wait weeks for my orders to arrive, which was far longer than I had anticipated. SameTech's silence has only served to aggravate me. The fact that the things I received were subpar only made the situation worse. I felt like I had bought things that were overpriced and ultimately useless to me. The unsatisfactory level of service, though, was the deciding factor for me. I contacted SameTech about my issues, but I was treated with a flippant attitude and no effort to resolve the matter. In general, I would not suggest SameTech to any of my overseas contacts. Shipping times are excessively long, products are subpar, and support is inadequate. Don't waste your time here; there are many of reputable online merchants to choose from.
