No, that does NOT make the Nitro

Man, I really wish this device would work the way it's advertised. I really wanted to have a basic nitro setup at home. I'll say I'm spoiled as my wife works at the cold brew startup in SE Mass that makes the best cold brew and nitro and has an idea on how to do it. Now for the device - I've tried both N2o and N2 cartridges. The N2o cartridge has a cap (I'm being generous here as it was very airy and not at all creamy like it should be) but there was no cascade and a day later cold brew (hate calling it nitro, because it isn't). ) it had a sour taste. In a conversation with the owner of the Cold Brew Joint, she mentioned that N2o changes the way coffee tastes. So I went and ordered N2 ammo. I was excited again! nope N2 had no head at all. It will cascade a bit if you stir it with a spoon (I bet that's how they took the photos for description). We filled it about 60%, shook it, released some residual oxygen and left it - still nothing. Cartridges cannot deliver the 42lb pressure needed for nitro. I LOVE nitro and really wanted it to work but due to the cost and lack of nitro I returned it. Oh yeah, as another commenter mentioned, the edges (barrel handles, tools, etc.) weren't sawed off - those are sharp edges. I hope your experience is different from mine. Much luck!
