I ordered these to frame transparencies so art students can "see" what their paintings will look like so they can't draw the way their left brain THINK they should see things . However, the first box I ordered looked like it only had 5 frames and I sent it back. When the second box looked the same as the first, I opened the clear plastic lid and found they were lined up, so there really were 10 in the box. I believe this is done so the black part doesn't rub against the white part during transit. So they worked very well with regular 8x10 and Mission Accomplished slides. My apologies for not fully opening the first box as it could have saved me a lot of trouble.
