Review on PHPKB by Andre Pendergrass

I like everything about this software, it's easy for beginners as well experts alike! It has an excellent community of users who are willing help each other out in every way possible if they can't find what you're looking at or need assistance solving some problem which was their own too!! The support team from phpkb will reply back very quickly when there isn;t much going around. Sometimes though after many hours trying something myself i would get no response whatsoever but once again not because its them being unhelpful just time zones etc. This makes me feel more confident knowing others have had my same issue sometimes days later so hopefully we all learn together :).
