So my boyfriend and I ordered this tent for our first camping trip after quarantine. SUPER excited to get out of the city and into the beautiful mountains of Colorado. We arrive at our campsite with our two rather large dogs and get this bad boy out of the tent. Now I'm a cautious girl and I've done my research. This tent was labeled "3-4 people" so I bought it for the two of us thinking we could use the extra dog room. A big plus is that it is already perfectly tuned. Literally in 2 minutes. I grew up putting all those stupid poles together and threading them through the tent. Pooh. boring. Not so with this beautiful tent. Now let's get back to the question "3-4 people". Can this tent accommodate 3-4 toddlers? Yes. 3-4 chihuahuas? Definitive. 3-4 adults? NO, HE CAN'T. Not even close. It can't really sleep for TWO adults unless you're under 23 and can just fall asleep at 4am in an odd position on the floor after drinking all night and still wake up in time for the sunrise hike. We're not those people, and we need compact air mattresses to sleep on the floor. There is NO space for air mattresses in the tent which made our night pretty tough. It rained during our trip and this tent is 100% waterproof. She has held up very well. All in all this is a great tent for your little ones or for one person or for your 3-4 chihuahuas. Otherwise, get something bigger.
