This lantern is not suitable for Kindle because you can't pinch and squeeze the end to clip it on and you just have to force and sort it open wide enough. We bought a case for our Kindle and while it's wide enough to fit a Kindle with a case, it doesn't let the case go to sleep automatically. So then you have to constantly turn the light on and off, which is difficult and will end up ruining my case.
