My particular setup (shown below) took a bit of fiddling, but it works. My biggest problem was with my soundbar, namely the hardware designed to mount the slotted soundbar didn't hold my particular soundbar. But finding all the hardware for both mounts allowed me to succeed and assemble. See photos.
