I installed the mount in thin panels of wood so I didn't use the drywall screws that came with it. Even though I knew I had to. Instead I put 2 short screws in the rack and 2 small screws in the other two holes. It was more than solid enough - I had to nudge the XBox a little as the mount is very tight (which is a good thing). I would recommend a steady hand and patience when moving the console in and out of the mount.
