I have various places where I store my everyday wine glasses but I took them to store some of the glasses we have in the various vineyards that we have, we don't really use them. I usually use but want to keep. Racks do the job we got them for, no worries. The missing star is connected to the screws that came with the stands. I don't know what they are made of but either I used my own drill bit or a hand screwdriver the head ripped off like wow. I even drilled pilot holes to help it move and it didn't matter, I couldn't screw it nearly all the way in as the head would snap off before I got to that point. Add to this that they were too long (maybe the problem is with my cabinets, not the screws themselves) and it just wasn't possible. I took one to Home Depot to compare and got some screws that were the same diameter but slightly shorter to fit my cabinets. These screws worked great without stripping. The only thing is because they weren't designed for these racks, the heads didn't fit properly. For this reason, I recommend buying round head screws instead of the flat head screws I bought. They work, but not as aesthetically pleasing as they could be. However, nobody sees the screws since they are installed under the upper cabinets. So unless you're actively looking for them, you won't see them. TL/DR, good product but spend a few bucks on better screws.
