I was trying to get back in shape and my mom gave me her old bike so I decided to try the sneakers as I'm not comfortable driving on the freeway and there aren't any hiking trails in the near there. The thing is solid. I was concerned it would wobble or feel unsafe but not at all and installation was easy and painless. It's a bit noisy, but I think it's more because of my bike tire than the machine itself, and I usually wear headphones anyway. The resistance seems pretty high to me even on the lowest settings but as this is the first machine I've ever used I have no comparison to it and although I'm not in shape I can still ride just fine for a while lol ). Hopefully next spring I can take it out of my shoes and ride it outside!
