Great alternative to winter outdoor riding. Sturdy and durable. Quick and easy setup with included instructions. Easy assembly with two people. Ride our bike and have not found any problems or issues. Looks easy to store in the off-season. Highly recommended for indoor sports.

I would recommend using old tires for this but they don't take up too much space, are light weight and will fit your road bike and come with a spare tire too. Pin if you use quick release. It's good for those days when it's raining, too heavy to ride, or when you need a quick workout.

Took 20 minutes to assemble and was very easy. The instructions weren't very good, but the pictures gave you an idea of what you need. I was a little concerned about the reviews that it was a noisy car. Honestly it's not that bad compared to a stationary bike. Don't complain about noise. It feels sturdy and was surprised how much fun it is to use. Works with a mountain bike and so far so good. I wish I had bought this sooner.

I received my bike machine yesterday. I attached my bike to the trainer and now I can't take it off. The instructions are in the form of pictures and I didn't know what to do with the quick release until I started looking for a video on how to remove the bike from the trainer.
