I received my bike machine yesterday. I attached my bike to the trainer and now I can't take it off. The instructions are in the form of pictures and I didn't know what to do with the quick release until I started looking for a video on how to remove the bike from the trainer. I emailed the company (no reply to my email), checked YouTube for videos and even called the bike shop. Very frustrating. I had no change in resistance when turning the knob and this forced me to remove the bike to ensure it was properly mounted on the machine.
