Review on Unisky 6-Speed Indoor Bike Trainer Stand - Exercise Stationary Magnetic Resistance Bicycle Trainer for Road Bikes by Robert Aiono

I bought it at the end of December 2020. I think it was delivered quickly and well packaged by the manufacturer. The setup was a bit tricky for me, maybe not for those who don't care about the details. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't center my bike's rear tire on the caster. I contacted support and they responded to me within a few hours. They thought it was because the axle width of my bicycle tire was too wide. It wasn't, I have a standard early 1990's road bike with a quick release. The fact is that when the red handle on the trainer is pressed, it should go further into the middle, that's the problem. I replaced my skewer with the one provided, it helped very little, the plugs on this skewer come out a little more than on my skewer. The rest of the coach is doing very well. It's relatively quiet, yes it makes some noise depending on what gear I have the bike in, how much resistance I have on the dial and also how far the knob on the exercise pulley is turned. The tires on my bike are like bare skinny tires so I'm sure that helps. I wear headphones so I'm basically quiet. Using the resistance wheel took a lot of learning, but once you get the hang of it and know how to use the resistance levels of the wheel with different gears on your bike, you can pretty much find the resistance you want. You also need to figure out how tight to tighten the resistance knob on the machine to get everything working. My bike is also relatively stable on the trainer. I bought a KOM training block to use with it and the combo works pretty well. I can even get up and pedal from time to time, which I do carefully. I've been using this machine since January about twice a week for about an hour each time and I'm very happy with it. Support also refunded a percentage of the price due to my issue. So at least for me - a good product, a good company.
