Includes remote control, sheath, strap and joystick. Everything was in new condition and well packaged and it was easy to sync the remote to my Wii. Since I use rechargeable batteries, I had to replace the back cover with the old remote to allow the battery sensor to connect to the charging port. But if you don't use the connector, you can use regular AA batteries with the backplate that comes with the remote control.
