With Proteantech's embedded agents we are able reduce time taken for finding issues in our product line up of over 10M devices from days or even weeks down into minutes! The ability to create custom rules with this tool has been amazing as well - it allows us flexibility not just within device models but also across various OEM partners' products/brands so they don't have any confusion when their rule matches against ours (which can be quite complex). There could definitely still use some work done around getting better error reporting back out instead having only internal errors reported internally without knowing what was actually causing that issue externally unless you dig through log files yourself etc., however I do think there will always need at least something like these type tools available since many customers expect more than basic reports upon an incident happening such as being flagged off due manufacturing.
