I would like to apologize and re-write a much needed review for new sergers like me. I read a lot of reviews about the stack from the selected thread. But I was just as guilty when I wrote a review saying this brand causes lint. I bought another brand and I had no lint. Well, a few weeks later I started overcasting cotton linen again and my serger was baked with pile using a brand of thread that I thought was perfect or even better. It has nothing to do with thread!. why? No one else spoke about it, not even the fabric store I interviewed told me. So for all serger beginners. Be aware of this and ignore the reviews that say it is a lint-causing thread. When overcasting very fluffy fabrics, it is always advisable to clean the machine frequently.
