Do not use when animals are using the water.

3 stars. I would give 5 but this damn thing electrified the water! I'm completely serious! I used this in my iguana tank to help with water circulation and he couldn't even use it. It also shorted out my huge water heater for his pool which is standing in water. So I can't even use water in the well for the birds outside. Besides, this device extrudes water well and stably.
