Well packaged; no transport damage. The instructions were entered into Google Translate somewhere *rolls eyes*. Although the fan weighs a little, the ceiling mount isn't very strong. The remote control requires one A23 battery (not your household battery that lies around most of the time) and is NOT included. The remote control receiver in the canopy was pre-wired and the remaining wires (which should have been longer) required the use of a lifebuoy call and some YouTube videos. But most importantly, as you can see from the video, the fan NEVER turns! It really WILL, but I'm not paying for the hassle - I need it to actually work. And it's NOW in relation to the fact that it's also started to change the color of the backlight when the fan buttons are pressed. i just want my money back wish me luck guys
