I'm rough on everything I own. Had the original key for 2 years. I had problems with the alarm system, I honked my horn infrequently and very, very often I couldn't lock the doors. noticed I had a small dent in the back that had the DODGE badge on it and thought maybe that was it. I got a new key, replaced the transmitter and replaced the 2032 battery while I was there. I noticed the old one was missing a piece of metal on the buttons, it may have been hand sanitizer from last year's Covid, the adhesive may have come loose. than my old OE. I recommend I order another one. Can be taken to dealer or local locksmith for blade cutting. From 15 to 75 dollars.
