I'm 6'1" and about 185-190lbs of dad bod. I got a medium due to other reviews. I probably should have got a large just because it is ever so slightly snug on the upper lats. But I do plan on slimming down some so a medium will do well. I haven't had any of the liner rip or wear/tear as of yet and I wear it almost 5 days a week.
