Great but up a size
My skinny 10 year old son doesn't like the mesh lined swimsuit. Instead, out of modesty, he wears unlined Under Armor surf shorts, including these. It worked fine for him. My only complaint is that you have to order. My son has a 23/24" waist and we ordered a size up. I'm guessing he will need to switch to men's sizes as they get smaller.
