I bought this on purpose because it was very small. I have the only empty corner in my bathroom that fits everything, 12" x 13" at most. It was the most affordable of all these styles and I'm very happy with it. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't come in black and it shows all the fingerprints and smudges on its surface, which isn't a big deal for most people. I only needed it to store extra toiletries, TP, hair products. etc. It won't be deep enough for most to store towels; It can store washcloths or towels if you need them or need additional guest services. Like most furniture in this price range, it's cheaply made - chipboard and tarnished hardware. When you invest in cheap furniture, you need to invest in good wood glue if you want things to last more than a few years. I used Gorilla Glue Wood Glue on every single piece - every screw and bolt and everywhere the panels touched. I don't consider myself particularly skilled, but it took just over an hour and a half to assemble. The hardest part was the cabinet - the instructions say to first install the hardware on the cabinet and then put the cabinet on top. It's much easier and faster if you put the hardware on the shelf first and then attach the cabinet. On a wooden floor it seems very durable. It's very easy to tip over on a rug - it will start to wobble if left alone - so keep that in mind if you intend to use it on a rug/rug. For smaller storage options, it's great for the price. However, it will not replace a linen closet if that is what you are looking for.
