Review on Bullhorn ATS & CRM by Michael Hughes

I like how easy it was to create my profile (even though they could have improved some of that process), as well as creating leads/contacts right away! It makes everything so much easier when you are running your own business because there can be many things going wrong at once, but this tool helps keep track without having multiple programs open all day long!! You also get notifications via email if someone has viewed one anothers profiles; which allows me time before meeting them face -to see what kind o questions he may want answered prior too our interview session :) This really helped make work life balance possible during COVID times. Not sure yet since its been short amount of use thus far..but would love any suggestions regarding improvement? Keeping up w deadlines while managing remote employees working remotely due too corona virus restrictions.
