I bought this item along with a new phone as a gift for a family member. Until recently, a gifted person did not have the opportunity to use these headphones. We found that they don't work and Bluetooth keeps disconnecting after connecting. We tried FIVE different cell phones and got the same bad results. I believe if we try them or check on arrival we could exchange or return them. Broken, worthless garbage, headphones. Too bad you can't give zero ratings instead of one star.
