We cook a lot using our phone or tablet for online recipes. It's perfect for both of them and keeps them above the mess. I have a Microsoft Surface Go in the picture and the stand sagged first. I saw this post in other reviews. But it's easy to cock! Simply remove the small soft rubber plug on the joint and tighten with an Allen key - it takes 10 seconds to attach! The grips are spring loaded and hold both the tablet and my Samsung S20 Note. mounts. So I installed them on 2 sides of the kitchen! The only disappointment is that they don't have wall anchors. But the screws are included, handling and fastening is obvious, and I always have dowels with me!
