Review on Enhanced TIKI Brand Clean Burn BiteFighter Mosquito Repellent Torch Fuel, 64 Ounces by Ricky Faith

A clean burn means a very light burn

Conclusion: A clean burn does not burn as badly as a normal burn. I am ONLY talking about the Tiki Bitefighter brand burner fuel versions as I have not tried any fuels other than the Bitefighter. I have 8 Tiki Torches half filled with regular Bitefighter and half filled with Clean Burn Bitefighter. ALL Clean Burn torches have very miserable flames and look like they might go out with a light breeze - in fact one of them did. Regular Bitefighter Tiki fuel burns very well as you can see in the comparison photo. Clean Burn burns clean. The chrome wick holders on my torches are still shiny and hardly sooty. But the lack of a powerful flame negates all the advantages. I'm going back to regular Bitefighter Tiki fuel in all my flares. REFLECTION ERROR: Yes, it works. we have mosquitoes I light them up and there are noticeably fewer bugs in the area where these torches are. So it WORKS. But then again, with very low, clean burning flames I'm not sure how effective it is compared to the fuller flames I get with regular Bitefighter fuel. Also, don't expect a few torches to clear out your entire yard. They clear the area next to the flaming torches, but not a large yard. You need some flashlights that look nice, so go for it. I have a terrace area of about 125 square meters. Feet and 4 torches are very good at repelling insects.
