I had originally written a bad review for this product because it didnโt work but after the company went out of their way to reach out to me and help me solve this problem and revive a working product, I HAVE to give them 5 stars! I was so surprised to revive a handwritten letter trying to solve the problem and Iโm so happy to say my new roller works perfectly.
