At first I was very happy that they were in stock. I had a couple of old bare wire speakers in my garage and wanted to test a used powered mixer I bought at auction. I also wanted to use the mixer with my keyboard and some microphones. With these adapters to connect to the mixer, I was able to use these old speakers to ensure that all the inputs and outputs of the mixer were still working. These jacks can also allow me to get many of the benefits I might find in older speakers that I might use for small gigs.
