It definitely dries quickly and does the job! I use it for rigid photo mailboxes that I use to sell fine art prints so I can print my logo on the back flap. My logo has a lot of small details and fine print (about 7 pt). They come out crisp and don't smudge. I usually let them dry for about a minute before touching them, just to be on the safe side. I will say that StazOn ink pads behave differently than the regular ink pads you buy at craft stores. They are VERY inky. Do not press the stamp into the sponge of the stamp, otherwise you will get a drop of ink instead of an image. Simply kiss the surface lightly and then briefly the surface of what you are stamping. If you click on one of them, the details will disappear. Also, make sure to always put the plastic lid and lid on the liner when not in use. One of my StazOn pads dried out in just one day when I forgot to close the lid (I've done this with other ink pads and they didn't seem to be affected).
