I originally ordered this product in August and I LOVE it. The hair was neat, well packed in a box, came with conditions. Everything was exactly like in the photo. I decided to re-order the same product in December and I am completely disappointed with it. It was well packaged in a cute purple bag and came with extra accessories, but the quality of the hair is NOT the same. The hair is curly as if worn and has a strong chemical odor. The hair should be a deep wave, but there are some straight ones. My hair has only been styled for a week and a half and is already tangled at the ends even though I tied it up at night. I also think what is causing the hair to smell like this is irritating my scalp. I was planning to continue ordering the same product from the same seller but I will not do so as I know the quality will be unpredictable.
