This is an excellent tool for organizing the large amounts of information that we receive from our international clients. It has been very useful to organize all of the data into various categories and subcategories. The software is easy to use and can be customized to meet our needs. I have not found any downsides to this program. If you are looking for a tool to help organize your international client's information or if you want to keep track of your own organization's records it is a great solution. Being able to access all of our information from around the world via this system. We no longer need to rely on faxes, emails, etc., to communicate with our clients. Having everything in one place makes it easier to keep track of their information and send them updates as needed.
