Results are minimal at best. I feel a little more energy in the gym, but I don't know if taking this all the time is enough. There are other supplements that give better results for about the same price. Who is also responsible for the packaging of this product? One page says it should be taken on an empty stomach, and then there's another 'Direction' section that says it should be taken with food. False and sloppy labels make me feel like the company has no quality.
