I really liked these water shoes but I was torn between ordering the right size so I ordered my size 8. I should have ordered an 8-1/2 because that fits me perfectly would I prefer in this shoe. It's beautiful and perfect for what it was made for. To be in/around sand and water. Or just wear it casually. Because of the snug fit you need if someone uses it as a water shoe for example kayaking or something like that you really need a good fit because the last thing you want is to worry about your shoes coming loose when you grind on the rocks/sand/mud when you launch your kayak. For that reason I ordered a size down, but now I know that a size 8-1/2 would be perfect for (1) on land or (2) in the water. I will reorder a size 8-1/2 but will leave a rich greenish yellow. That's a bomb! I hasten to add that the shoes came very quickly. I received it a week after ordering.
