Review on πŸ’‘ Kichler Structures 37" 3 Light Halogen Linear Chandelier - Stylish Brushed Nickel with Satin Etched Glass by William Gildea

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very good lamp!

Very stylish lamp with a modern look that we both love! Installation (after assembly) took no more than 5 minutes. The assembly took about 25 minutes. A few assembly tips. You need to stretch and connect the wires. It's not difficult at all, but be careful not to kink the cable when you take it out of the individual packaging or you'll get a kink forever! The light comes with extra screws (big plus! There's nothing worse than a screw coming loose in transit and you get stuck reassembling because you don't have the right screw!), but no extra cable. Before installing the cables, make sure that the set screw on the latch where you install the cables is facing in a direction that you can easily reach. From the factory mine looked in an awkward direction. In addition, the cables are routed on one side at the factory. Retighten this end as the factory didn't do a very good job. As you thread the wire through the pole, thread it one length at a time with the male end pointing toward the bracket on each length of pole. This really makes threading the wire easier. Believe me. Pass the wire through a pole, set the road and repeat for each pole. Finally, before installing, attach a ground wire to the ground screw, leaving as much extra ground as possible to connect to your home ground. I actually bought two of these, one with wire nuts and one without, so plan accordingly. Also, don't touch the bulbs with your bare hands! I put on cotton gloves. Much luck.
