The first appears to have been opened and returned. He had minor injuries. The second (replaced) appears to have been opened as well, although I don't see any damage or evidence that it was installed. I ordered Denso for my ES330 and it came very well packed in the box and these two were not well packed at all. There are a couple of blocks of foam to steady the heatsink in transit and both times they didn't work and the heavy duty clamps holding the top of the box barely held up. I say this in case you collect parts but won. Do not use them for several months.
