my old heated comb broke and I chose this one based on the reviews. I'm glad I chose this one. The brush is not too long, not too short, not too hard, not too soft. It heats up very quickly. It comes with a lid so once I turn it off I can put it on and put it away instead of leaving it on the counter until it cools down. Highly recommended!
