I received it a few days ago and I'm still very satisfied. I got rid of my old pipe clunker years ago and am excited about the change. This kettle from Wenegg is shapely, light, handy and well made. It has a thin nose and a comfortable grip. There is a thermometer built into the lid that shows when the water is boiling. I've used it about 6 times and the water heats up in minutes. It's easy to pour and then easy to wash and dry. I like having a thermometer so I can get an accurate idea of how hot the water is, which some coffee makers recommend. This is definitely a quality product, especially for the price. The lid fits snugly and thanks to the materials and thermometer inside, the kettle heats up with the kettle. So when you're done pouring the water from the gooseneck spout, take the kettle off the heat and leave the lid on for a while until it cools down. When cool, you can remove the lid to pour out the remaining water inside. (Or else use thick pot holders.) It comes with a great and easy to use instruction manual. (Even a quality manual - much more attractive, professional and informative than most. Not a cheap folded sheet of paper with fine print nobody can read or understand. All instructions are included. So I'm very happy with my kettle!
