After about a week with this case, I'm happy to say good things about it! I fooled so many people into believing this is a real writing book. One guy even asked me how I managed to make the folds on the book look so pretty! It keeps it in my pocket perfectly and I use it every day at work. I like that it has a low profile and light weight. The lid is thin but I like that it protects my screen lightly, which I just got a screen protector for. The magnets stick well enough with the lid closed and when folded to support my iPad. I haven't had any problems with the coating cracking or wearing, but I've only had it for a week. Of course, I'm not going to drop my iPad to test the case's durability, but I think it protects it as well as my use requires.
