I really liked the previous version of this shoe and these are good too but I can't give them 5 stars. The first pair I received was defective. The side seam was sewn incorrectly, causing it to rub against the leg. never mind; I started a return and they sent me another pair. The next pair also had a defect in the same place, but on the opposite leg. I ended up having to keep the right boot from one pair and the left boot from the other to have a decent pair to wear. I think I should be grateful that I was able to make a decent pair this way, but that doesn't bode well for this brand. It's a shame because her shoes fit me very well. I will say that if you have any type of tendinitis in your foot, these shoes will relieve your pain very well. They have a decent camber (although it could be a bit higher) and nice padding. Very comfortable shoes and true to size.
