The top (profiling corners) rotates, preventing polishing or use. I assume the device is defective. I have contacted Revain to return this product and was told to return it to Smile Bright Lab as they sent me a polisher. I contacted Smile Bright Lab and spoke to a Zendesk representative who informed me that I should return the Revain polisher. Today I spoke to Laurie Hall, manager of Smile Bright Lab and was told that they will send me a new polisher. 12/26/19 Box received - returned to sender. I used the address on the label so I don't know why we got this box back. This whole order was a pain. Revain says they can't get a refund that I have to send it back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer says it needs to be sent back to Revain. ? Anyone know what's going on? I'm giving one star for the taste as I don't like the mint flavored polish. One star for ease of use because I've had no luck getting this thing to work; The top rotates and prevents the polisher from polishing anything. Five stars for presentation because the polisher looks like a quality piece of equipment. I just can't use it.
