The ease of use for scheduling patients appointments, filling out paperwork or even just chatting was amazing! There's not much we disliked about it at all so far.

I would like to see more features added such as time tracking but that may be something they are already considering adding in future versions. If you're looking for an easy way to schedule patient visits then this is probably what you want. It also allows me to easily track when certain staff members have worked overtime hours and get paid accordingly.
