I have another pair of Knixmax waterproof hiking boots, also $45 and also quite decent. This is a good shoe for the money, it's not a $75 shoe but it's a good $45 shoe with a good profile and decent looks. I wish it had navy blue and black laces so the shoe looks a little better compared to the light color. Don't believe in the size, buy one size down if I don't think you have narrow feet. The best way to determine your size is to find similar shoes that you own and are comfortable in. Measure the heel of the shoe to the toe, then find the closest match in the size chart, which lists shoe sizes. For me it was a size 9 which is the size I usually wear.
