This raincoat didn't impress me. First, this front sight would be 100x better with mid-length attachment points. Heavy fall in windy weather. Second, the yellow loops at the top of the bow tie seem very fragile. I attached it to the backbone with a carbine and a prusik, constantly afraid that they would tear off the front sight. I think that's a very weak starting point. Third, the second night of my first outing, we had light to moderate rain. After a while, there were a few drops of water around the edges on the underside of the bow tie. I didn't get wet, but if it had rained much harder I might have gotten wet. I wish HB had redesigned the fly for more durable and tougher use. I might stop by ENO to buy what I want.
