Review on Proraso Sensitive Skin Shaving Cream: Green Tea & Oatmeal Formula, 5.2 Oz by Jill Bell

I am 37 years old and have been shaving since I was 16. I have coarse coarse facial hair and super sensitive skin. I've recently started shaving DE and Shatt. I also started sporting a shaved head because I was tired of seeing my receding hairline getting a little bit worse every year. Since 2006 I've had a beard every now and then. the brow area along with trimming my lower areas. I have used many different disposable razors and shaving gels. Before I discovered shaving cream and soap, I usually used Gillette Sensitive Shave Gel. Needless to say I'm used to shaving irritation and bumps which usually go away after a day or two until I shave again. I just learned to live with it and figured I couldn't have bumps and ingrown hairs. About 4 months ago I started using the Oculus Matte Black stainless steel razor and safety razor from Handlebar Shaving Company. The latter is a super-aggressive, short-handled DE. I bought a Merkur 37c Slant Bar safety razor last week. I've also been experimenting with different shaving soaps and shaving creams over the past few months. I started using this shaving cream last week. This cream changed the rules of the game. I have no razor burn, bumps or ingrown hairs. This is nothing but a miracle. This cream makes a lot of mistakes with all three of my razors. i fell in love with him The cream forms a thick creamy foam; and I may add that it is very easy to beat. If you have sensitive skin and/or coarse facial hair I would highly recommend this cream. I add that the aroma takes some getting used to. It is difficult to describe, except to say that it has a peculiar but pleasant natural smell. I'll try soap next, but I can't imagine it being better than heavy cream. Easily 5 stars and I don't give them that often.
