I received this product, the sound and Bluetooth work fine. Reviews about clip breakage are true. The clip simply broke on me and I was only able to use the product to a limited extent. Just made cheap. Since the right side is heavy, you really need this clip so it doesn't try to pull the left side out of your ear. Also, the diameter of the part that goes into the ear (rather than the rubber eartip) is quite large. With prolonged use, it begins to hurt (several hours). I'll try to find out more about the clamp or a replacement I recommend if Plantronics didn't fix the problem.
