Review on SadoTech Wireless Doorbell for Home - Long Range Wireless Door Bell with LED Flash, 2 Push Buttons + 1 Receiver, Battery Operated, Matte Black by Douglas Hall

I have only had the doorbell a few days. it was simple for me to install (I am 81) using the adhesive.The large collection of tunes is nice, but, most I cannot name the tune. I can understand not knowing the classical ones but when I can't understand everyday tunes, holiday tunes, etc., that is disappointing. The chimes are tinny sounding and some tunes are quite long, however, I still like it. (I wish, as Musical Doorbell did, they had included the selections of tunes so I would know them. You can't choose any programs either, just listen to all of them and choose the ONE tune you want. With MD, I could choose one of 12 programs each with many songs. It was much more expensive and it is no longer made. It lasted about three years. I still would buy it knowing what I have just written (length of use) Sado's CS is excellent. I wrote to ask if I could get a third transmitter unit since I put one where I now think no one will use. They responded immediately asking for certain information which I couldn't provide from the unit since the info was not there but the manual did say it was not expandable. So my question was answered because they told me where to look. And when I didn't respond to what they needed to know I received an automatic reminder and was told that if the problem was resolved in some way to ignore the reminder and they would cancel it. Or, let them know the answers to their questions. I did so. Since I have only had this item a few days I will update in a few months. For $20 I will be happy to get a year out of it. I am hoping it will be improved so the chimes are not so tinny sounding. UPDATE: APRIL 19 HAVE HAD 10 MONTHS, STOPPED WORKING, ORDERED NEW BATTERIES JUST ARRIVED AND I INSTALLED BUT UNIT DOES NOT PLAY ON EITHER END. THEY LIGHT BUT NO SOUND ON ONE INSIDE HOUSE EXCEPT WHEN I TEST IT, THEN I HEAR ALL TUNES INSIDE USING EITHER CHOICE. WOULD LIKE SELLER TO REPLACE AT NO COST.ESP SINCE I SPENT MONEY ON BATTERIES WHICH ARE NOT STANDARD AND I WILL NEVER USE.
