I really wanted to love it.
I have 4C hair and the ads I've seen using this 4C hair product have been fascinating BUT I haven't had the same results. It doesn't get hot enough to straighten hair. Unlike a normal iron, it is inconvenient to use. And you need to use a very thin section of hair, which will take a long time. The ends of my hair became rough and not straight. Unfortunately I had to send it back.
