Great, Reliable Product with Awesome Backlights!

This is one of the better iPad keyboard cases I’ve purchased—it’s sturdy, reliable, works well, and has amazing and unique backlit keys! Here’s my pros and cons list for prospective buyers:PROS:- Decent battery life; the battery life is short if you have the keys lit to full brightness and use it for 2-3 hours straight, but the battery life is borderline endless when the backlights aren’t used at all, so you basically get to dictate how long the battery lasts before it needs a recharge.- Keys work well and feel good. I had no problems adjusting to the keyboard and rarely (if ever) have any problems connecting the keyboard to my iPad.- Awesome backlight options! I’ve never seen another affordable keyboard case that has the backlight options this product has. I love mixing and matching the different colors across the keyboard, and never get bored of trying new backlight combos! The backlights are also very bright and reliable for nighttime use and even daytime use.- The detachable feature is excellent! Easy to pull apart while simultaneously reliable in keeping your iPad attached to your keyboard. This keyboard case has by far the easiest and best detachable feature of any other detachable keyboard cases I’ve tried. *Knock on wood* I haven’t noticed any weakening of the magnet that keeps the iPad attached!CONS:- This product didn’t come with instructions, which was frustrating. Luckily most things are intuitive, but I had to look on amazon to figure out how to detach the case without breaking it and how to change the backlights. Kind of annoying, but not a dealbreaker.- The case is a bit heavy. I don’t much mind, but figure it’s worth mentioning. This is the heaviest keyboard case I’ve tried. It’s sturdy though!- The magnetic feature is cool, but I do have to be mindful about the surfaces I place my iPad upon. I often use metal monitor stands so I can read/research with my iPad and take written notes underneath the monitor stand. Because my stands are metal, my iPad sticks to them pretty firmly. This can be great for added stability (I can’t easily knock my iPad off the stand because of the magnetized connection), but can also be a little bit annoying when I’m trying to shift the iPad’s position on the monitor stand. I also have to be mindful to keep it away from other electronics that may become damaged from magnets (I’m not sure that’s a huge problem these days, but I still have that ingrained anxiety from what magnets could do to damage old TVs when I was a kid, haha).- This is pretty picky, but I do wish that this case came in a few different colors. I like my black one, but other color options would be nice too!Overall excellent product so far—well worth the money in my opinion! I will update this review if need be, but after 3 months of daily use I’m doubtful that my review will change at all :)

Pros
  • The keyboard is responsive and comfortable to use, making typing long texts, emails, or documents quick and easy
Cons
  • The case is not very durable and can easily become damaged with regular use
