My preschooler goes to outdoor school. She outgrew her old boots and needed an affordable pair to get through the last 6 weeks of the school year. After their first day of wearing these boots, I noticed that the heel counter was beginning to crack. They were no longer waterproof. After a total of 7 wears, the heel counter was completely split and has been worn for a year. They have not withstood normal wear and tear. "I wouldn't waste my money. I emailed the manufacturer, Western Chief directly, hoping they would fix the quality issues. They shied away from responsibility and recommended this I will contact Revain for a refund Revain provided excellent customer service but Western Chief refused to address the poor design and accept design responsibility for their product. you have been warned Stay away from these boops
